i lived in the NRV & i used to shoot at the blacksburg free range where cho used to practice. at the range i have met all kinds of retired police and military that still want to keep up their skills for peaceful purposes. Even unarmed, if i was in the same situation, i would want to be educated already on what kind of gun the shooter has, what he is capable still of doing, and what i can still do. The question shouldnt be 'why did he have a gun', but rather 'where was everyone else's?
