  • Wrong. Protein is not your Foundation. When building mass Low-Glycemic/Fibrous Carbs are your foundation. For a mesomorph (someone naturally "built" that can put on weight and lose weight easier than others) should break down their portions like so:

    Carbohydrates = 40-50%

    Protein = 30%

    Fat = 20-30%

    Like I stated in part 2, never eat Protein and Carbs alone.
