Can't argue with that. I've had a VHS or copied-over-DVD of this series since it was first transmitted in 1985. It is still the best documentary, or at the very least, one of the best, along with Dr Bronowski's Ascent Of Man. I recommend all to give this a go. It puts content before presentation, so it might be too much for today's generation, and that would be sad. Stick wih it. You'll find it illuminating.

This is an absolutely fabulous series (I'm a huge James Burke fan). One day it will be available at a price that individuals can afford and boy, I'll be there with my credit card. Already have Connections ... there's a spot on the shelf just waiting for this series too.
