@fndrjbass POV is Point Of View, other wise known as a personal vehicle. A lot of states allow paid and and volunteer fire fighters to use their POV to respond to emergencies. There are many rules when it comes to these POV's.

My personal vehicle from my point of view. Ohio allows lights and sirens in personal vehicles. We are considered emergency vehicles after inspections.
