You know I don't want to foster but I have worked in areas where I was exposed to kids in the foster care and delt with kids that had been abuse by foster parents. Those people were married heterosexual couples. Also, this is only going to limit the pool of foster parents. The Family Council sure isn't doing anythign to try to help find foster parents or help make laws that will punish foster parent more when they do abuse the kids.
this bill was first written to discriminate against homosexuals, which was ruled unconstitutional. Now it discriminates against many many more. We cannot let it pass.

The Arkansas "Family" Council could care less about the kids in Arkansas foster care, they just want to discriminate against gays and lesbians. They could care less about the children and also single or "cohabitating" heterosexual people as well, they just want to harm gays and lesbians.
