In the UK, the machine has to have a safety-interlocked guard around it, & the guard has to be in place before the machine will operate.

So, I wonder what the procedure is in China, if someone gets their hand / head or anything else for that matter, stuck in the wrong place, at the wrong time??!! Not so much before or during, but AFTER the incident. Is it just hushed-up?!
