  • sweet swing brother...

  • beautifle sound you have going there great for blues

Im actualy planning on making my own tele body and I want to know what type of wood you used

  • @stonehedgecreater The body is made from ash I think, it was pre shaped and finished though. Good luck with yours though!

  • nice fuckin solos man!

  • Very nice! I'm wondering what your chord progression is here. Can't make the video out to well. I assume your in G?

  • It's a 12 bar in G with an added double stop shuffle of a 4th and 6th at the 5th fret. When I change to chord 4 on the progression it's C9 with a little slide up to D9, and apart from that it's a normal 12 bar. So the basic chords are G, C9, G, D7, C9, G, D7. I hope that's not too confusing!

  • Thanks a bunch! It makes perfect sense and it's very helpful. I thought that was a C9 but was not sure. Stormy Monday by The Allman Bros. uses a similar rhythm technique with C9 and a slide up. Keep up the nice work and thanks again for the help.

  • That's a really well made guitar. Kudos.

  • would've sounded better through a tube amp. The overdrive sonded kinda like cream (the band that is) though.

  • yeah, I think pretty much anything would sound better through a tube amp! unfortunately I can't afford one

  • check out the pignose g40v, i've got one and it's pretty awesome for $300-400 i think somthin like that. man i sound like a salesman haha

  • Great playing. Good song
