I love these piercings, they can look so pretty. I'd never have the guts to get them done so go you! I have loads of piercings but microdermals just freak me out, I'd be way to scared it got ripped out and I wouldn't wanna go through loads of pain just for it to reject :l They look so pretty though! :(

It`s not the way i get one two days ago.

First they clean the place with alcohol fluets then they make a dot.

Then the make a small whole in youre skin. Then they put the microdermal in.

The guy who is doing mine already told me how they are done because I freak easily but I want them done and he pinches the skin and told me how deep they go and everything. But I'd deff say they should have cleaned it again afterwards along with cleaning up the blood. I was also told by the guy who is doing mine that they won't hurt at all and he told me the same with my snakebites and was right,.

Ur not suposte to get them done with a needle its best to find a place using a dermal punch..

@killyourparents22 Actually a dermal punch can make healing time last longer, and make them scar bigger. I just got mine done with this method two weeks ago and within a week they were fine. Mine haven't been sore in about 8 days and didn't bleed or anything

he uses kitchen towel instead of a sterilised gause. No alcohol on it even. Very risky girls.

@isiartdotcom Almost all piercers and tattoo artists use paper towels. Not everything needs to be 100% sterilized. As long as the gloves and paper towels haven't been touched by someone else's blood (like needles and surfaces have been) then it's fine

So long as they know how to reduce bacterial transfer into your wound, as you're getting a deep one here. An open wound should not be allowed incontact with non sterilized items until it scabs. Swabbing skin prior to preceedure removing bacteria from the site should be the first precaution taken. A bit of alcahole on the towel with reduce the chance of an infection even further. Just be careful is all I am saying.

@cookiestayhigh prepare for your hair to get caught in them all day every day, and it hurts really bad. prepare to have to wash them twice a day, which means taking two showers a day because thats really the only way to wash them. and prepare for them to hurt really bad for a month straight ha

@TheSofeezy I just got mine done and you don't need to shower daily its called get wound wash its saline wash and you clean piercings with that and they will only hurt for an hour or so and sting a lot then the pain goes away. They are a very painless piercing. But they are bleeders. They do bleed a lot and I don't mean like omg so much blood bleed a lot i mean they bleed a drop or two every hour or so.

@TheSofeezy actually no you don't. if you do ever wan them removed, it's just a small incision where the foot of the anchor is. i have mine done and both of mine actually came out before i had to resort to getting them cut out. sometimes they just get loose and if you wiggle them a little bit you can just pul them right out. i waited about a week or so before i got them repierced just so some scar tissue could build up and hold them in place a little better. i love mine. good luck with yours! :]

well with all of the piercing you have, they only take a few seconds to do and they are over and done with. with these, they take a lot more time than just a few seconds as seen in this video. they definitely hurt, not gonna lie hah. make sure you trust the person who is doing them. they are a pain to clean. i have to take two showers everyday so that i can clean them. remember, someone is actually making a hole in you and then screwing something into you..ha but i recommend them!!
