I could give you a lot of other examples, have you toured a prison system? Our prison recidivism rate is about 65%, we are currently wasting tax money.

Chain-gangs are put together in both male and female prisons, and are always all-volunteer. This means nobody is forced to work against their will. The chain-gang is something that is given, so the inmates can work for 30 days to regain privileges during their stay in prison. Please do your research, before you go spouting hatespeech.

If all of our prison systems took lessons from this guy, our taxes would go up, our prison population would rise, there would be no drop in crime, prisons would lose their effectiveness and the only positive change we'd see is a few more jobs being created in the prison industry (which isn't a positive at all when you think about it).
Arpaio's a loser that has done more harm to Maricopa County than he has good. Research the man, his lawsuits, his abuses of power, etc.

Its true that we would need little more taxes to support the inmates (Food and bed), but using chain gangs cuts tax spending and makes an example of the inmates. Working chain gangs instead of watching a HD LCDTV (a luxury which costs tax money), causes an inmate to regret his choice to break the law. I could give you a lot of other examples, have you toured a prison system? Our prison recidivism rate is about 65%, we are currently wasting tax money.

Thats not completely true, you get jail time after being convicted of a misdemeanor. Its true that a suspect may spend a night in jail before bail is set. However IF you can't afford bail, you may spend up to 3 months while waiting for you're trial. The fact of the matter is his methods are at least somewhat effective as there is fear of such repercussions for committing crime
The man might do some controversial things, but majority of the county side with him or else he wouldn't get reelected.

Now you're just making stuff up. If you cannot make bail, there is no magic 3 month grace period. You stay in jail until you are tried.
His methods are NOT effective. His jail cells and the prison cells in Arizona are even more full than they were 20 years ago. Fear of repercussion is not what prevents crime, this is a myth perpetuated by the "Hard on Crime" camp.
He gets elected because he appeals to the senior vote. Thats been his gamebreaker for almost 2 decades now.

Chain-gangs are put together in both male and female prisons, and are always all-volunteer. This means nobody is forced to work against their will. The chain-gang is something that is given, so the inmates can work for 30 days to regain privileges during their stay in prison. Please do your research, before you go spouting hatespeech.

The only reason cops have for using force on someone, is if they believe their own lives, or the lives of others are in danger. I believe if a kid is making a move like he's going to harm someone, he should be tackled, tazered, maced, or whatever to make sure no harm comes to the officer, or an innocent bystander.
