arrrrrrrrrrrr that ending is NUTS why didn't they just let him and nat be together forever either mortal or forever night ARGUGHGGGG. still love the show though. though I don't think I well ever wacht this one again.

Such a wonderful show, I LOVED IT! Sadly, this was the only way it could end. I really feel for Nick. He lost Schanke and his new partner, Janette (maybe, we'll never know for sure), and now Natalie. His nephew Andre was repulsed by him and he lost his sister as well. He had no one left. He only had the father/son relationship that turned to friendship/mutual respect with Lacroix after Nick staked him back in Season 1.  He had to be vanquished by his friend/master and live forever damned.

8 centuries of life, experiences, etc., all 2 have it end lyk that?... I remember seein this yrs ago wen it aired and I hated it, yet it was so sad. And sadder even that it was Lacroix who, at the end, finally understood and helped Nick

this is so sad. why would they end the best show ever like this! they had potential to be together, it would have worked and they threw it all away. ITS NOT FAIR!
