When I used it.. you got it Unlimitedly (forever) and it was free..... the FULL version is 25 dollars and WELL WORTH the upgrade.. You get to use layer and stencils and have a reference image and use more tools...

Download "Cam Studio" (Google it.. you can download it for free) it's REALLY easy to use and you can pick how much of your screen you record.... also try downloading the free starter version of Art Rage 2.. that's what I used for a lot of my videos!
