NOMADIC TEAMS UP WITH HARLAND & WOLFF AGAIN... 100 YEARS ON
The 100 year link between the SS Nomadic and Harland & Wolff has been rekindled. The shipyard made famous for building the Titanic has just been awarded a £2m contract to carry out restoration work on the Nomadic’s superstructure and steelwork almost 100 years after constructing her. Work started on the project on 31st January and is scheduled to be completed by the end of July.

white star line built the 3 legendary ships olympic, titanic and britannic i hope of saving white star line but unfortunately they lost 2 of them which ended up causing them to have limited funds forcing them to merge with cunard.

nope, they merged in the thirtys. they were fuckin boomin in the 20s especially olympic.

They merged because of the Great Depression. White Star wasn't able to finish their thousand-foot liner Oceanic due to financial reasons. They finished the Queen Mary instead. I believe the year was 1932.

i heard that Cunard White Star Line was still up they're still merged and known as Cunard White Star Line and that they Built the QM2

Olympic's 1st Class lounge paneling and fixtures are shown at :34 as they look today. The tender 'Nomadic' is currently in Belfast to be rebuilt in her original 1911 White Star form.

1912 and some guy wrote the book the ship was called titian and the same thing happened to the titian and the titanic both get hit by ice berg thousands of people die and the book was written in 1898 and the titanic was made 10 years later it was an untold prophecy
