  • That is a challenging question to answer, as everyone has their own favorite oils that work best. It is optimal to rotate and use 1-2 oils. With anything, the body adapts to using one oil over a long period of time. I like to use PanAway, Deep Relief and Wintergreen over tired and sore joints. My clients with arthritis like to start with PanAway and Deep Relief. I hope you find that helpful.

  • If someone could only get one of these oils. Which one would you have them get for joint pain? The most potent by itself? Thankyou.
