@Shoebappa1 I just ordered the S1 version of this, which has an upgraded processor for a limited amount of time, the 840, for the price of the 720, 8gb ram 1333, bluray reader, usb 3.0 and all the rest of the stuff you have for 1840. I'm interested in the SSD though, let me know how you like it and how much better it is.

I bought this computer with an i7 620m and 5870 GPU and when I play games on it in battery mode the computer will completely die at about 40% battery. Is anyone experiencing the issue or know the problem?

I have the 15.6'' version model of this laptop and I get no heat problems. I have played 3D intensive games for hours. In fact, I have just been playing JC2 on a cooling pad (no fan was enabled) on a surface that attracts heat and my maximum temps were fine. You have absolutely no worries.

you need the deviltech fragbook dtx with 8G,ati 5870 directx11,i7 920Q,windows ultimate.thats a damn good gamingmachine.very good display,17.4,1900x1080.only bad,a little noisy,thats the only.check it out.

clevo are the barebones of deviltech and sager.they put their components in the barebones

@crack61616 you can get the sager np8760 with those same stats. sager is often advertised as a customizable brand. plus, u'd have the benefit of the high end cooling that the brand is equated, or as u would put it (less noisy).
