You see, Mozart died before he got to finish this work and it was completed by another composer, his friend and pupil Süssmayer. Mozart did, however, leave sketches and instructions on how he wanted the remaining parts to be. But how much instructions he left and how meticulously Süssmayer followed them is a matter of debate.

So i think beethoven wrote this, of course Mozart.

@Neonalfax I'm not sure, but I believe Süssmayer completed this part from a sketch by the composer. I'm really no expert on the subject.
