Mitch foot faults on EVERY one of his serves. Just look at his other videos too.

@lilpecks IRT rules state that you can step on the line while having your foot cross over the line as long as your foot doesn't completely cross over the line. That is a rule that is different than USRA rules

@99brian99 it's actually not different from USRA. As long as some part of the foot is touching the front line it's not a foot fault.
