The demo was great, so I think I'm gonna buy it. I also have WipEout HD + Fury on my PS3 and the demo was just as fun as HD!

OK what the hell. I do everything the same as you and i always place last! No matter how hard i try i always place last! I have drove perfectly and placed last. I turned off the weapons and still placed last. I actually watch the crafts whiz by me twice yet i never hit any walls and i accelerate as much as possible. Also for some reason most of the time my craft is driving at the speed of a snail. I'm always able to place 1st in every racing game i play including Wipeout XL.

I dont see much difference in this and the old wipeout pure for psp...is it worth buying or keep the original?

Yeah, I'd say it's definitely worth buying. It's got all new courses, online play, and even has new game mode - Eliminator. And the entire game is just set up better. You start off in these grids which keep unlocking other areas of the grid as you win races. Overall, Pulse is just a slicker package in almost every way. Though you're right - the core gameplay is very similar to the first PSP Wipeout.

i think wipeout pulse and wipeout pure are the same game..but the style only different anyway i like those two..5 stars for wipeout pulse and 5 stars for wipeout pure..

It can be hard for people new to the series, but I've been playing Wipout games since 1996. There's definitely a good learning curve.

I got Wipeout on the ps3, and man does it look good, Hard to get trophies though
