Well I only use capo to play it in the same key as JT (at least that's what the tab said). There's nothing stopping you from playing it with no capo, it'll just be in a different key.
Yea, the capo is really just to put it in the right vocal range. I also think it makes it a little easier to do the hammer ons in the A position, cause things are a little closer. Check out my version if you get a chance. By the way... nicely done.

Nice effort and well played but the amplification makes the sound worse, particuarly on the bass notes. Would have been much nicer played natural.

Agree 100%. This is a very nice guitar, and sounds devine, but I didn't have a decent mic at the time. Piezo pickups sound like crap.
I want to re-do this, but I've forgotten how to play it since, hah. Maybe I'll relearn it.
