There is no difference between the Elite and the new 360s. As a matter of fact the new 360s have an edge on the elite as they have the new Falcon chipsets which stops the console from getting the RRoD. If you buy an elite you run the risk of getting an elite with the old chipset and heatsink. Buy the Go Pro packages with the 175W brick, that's an elite.
