i have to say to everyone... as a ice skater and a roller skater.....it is so much more difficult to do these turns on roller skates....it s four wheels versus one blade... its pretty tough

Great clean skate. Earn more marks if u dont cheat ur double mape though. Toe stop should be placed down before halfway... :)

Why does she perform ice scating moves on a normak skates?

They are simmular but a few of the moves can be only succsesively done on an ice scates.

ya and rollerskates were invented in like 1715 that was centuries ago they changed a little to a lot rollerskating is much harder than ice all the way. rollerskating is the best it desrves to b recognized much more since the sport IS much harder than ice skating!

I would never be able to do this! My coach does both figure skating and roller...and she says personally she likes roller better because she can do positions on rollers that she cant on ice skates...but I could never even spin let alone jump on rollers! Kudos! : )

I prefer roller skating because figure skating has too many politics as you go further up the competitive ladder. There's also an age cap as far as competing. There is no such age cap in competitive roller skating as far as I know.

I think the United States Roller Skating Federation

doesn't do anything about it. They have not tried to

contact TV stations in order to let the public watch

this sport from their homes. Those stations don't have

to be NBC or ABC( really big stations) they can be smaller ones (like Oxygen among others). As long as they give cable broadcast. Maybe we should write a letter to USARS about this. Also, if artistic roller skaters toured with ice skaters that would be a big plus.

Nice double lutz ( you didn't need to hit your toe stop first speed will make it stronger ). You turn into your double mapes WAY too much, it's a toe axel. Nice heal. Overall, very nice. IMHO, fix your mapes or don't do it, it's distracting. Given you do a pretty good double lutz, I would have expected to see a clean double loop as well, oh well.
