@sourjonboy Yes relaxed is the way to be for good flow! So relaxed in fact that it did'nt hurt thankfully plus never landed on the flames lol! Thank you all the best!

Its awesome that you got your staff!! what might help you with spinning the staff infront is if you let the staff roll over your hand that you hold it to the other hand thats laying back to back with the opposite hand, it will look more fluid that way, if you don't understand then let me know ;), have you seen my recent staff video I think I posted it.
