I really don't understand why people hate Rocky V I thought it was really good in my opinion. I like the whole touch with Rocky neglecting his son just to train Tommy Gunn and Rocky was on the verge of dying from brain damage.

The only sequel I think was really disappointing was X men 3 the last stand.

Everybody has different likes and dislikes even in the "Rocky" films. My MOST favorite was "Rocky 3" while my least favorite was "Rocky Balboa". It seems there's RARELY a consensus on anything like what was best and what was worst. But I've noticed that MANY slam THIS film, "Rocky 5" and I dont know WHY. It's my 2nd favorite Rocky film and I think that the "flashback" with Mickey was one of the most touching things in the whole series. BRILLIENTLY done the way Sly brought him back one more time.
