The last boss on this video is the one in the post Game Bonus dungeon ON floor 50.

Since the bonus dungeon is basically just a 50% Spira Maze.

I am 30hs in and I have seen more dungeons than spir mazes

There are a lot of Spir Mazes - some are even time limited, so you can't do all of them at the end of the game.

After you finish with the city in the story, you can go back in and around half the citizen will suddenly have Despair Sickness.
