  • anybody know anything about wild mushrooms in north carolina ? any spring boletes here? i just moved to raleigh and would really appreciate any info...

  • Nice video, Mushrooms are good especially in stews. Ive never felt to comfortable about picking wild mushrooms but there sure are some tasty ones. 5 stars.

  • Very good video!! I don't get into the coral much here in Michigan, mainly because there aren't any worth picking or I never find enough to make a dish. I do find a lot of Tricholomopsis Platyphylla.( right after morels ) Out west they are not recommended, but I have never had a problem with them here. Taste is very pleasent with a crunchy texture. Kind of like Armillariella Mellea, without the slime though. Again, very good video!!

  • Thanks for your nice comments, mabey someday we can get togther for a mushroom pick.

  • Hey~ Great course review! This look like the place where Ms. Alice picked mushroom from! I need my winter mushroom lessons. So what type of mushroom happen in High Deserts?
