anybody know anything about wild mushrooms in north carolina ? any spring boletes here? i just moved to raleigh and would really appreciate any info...
Nice video, Mushrooms are good especially in stews. Ive never felt to comfortable about picking wild mushrooms but there sure are some tasty ones. 5 stars.
Very good video!! I don't get into the coral much here in Michigan, mainly because there aren't any worth picking or I never find enough to make a dish. I do find a lot of Tricholomopsis Platyphylla.( right after morels ) Out west they are not recommended, but I have never had a problem with them here. Taste is very pleasent with a crunchy texture. Kind of like Armillariella Mellea, without the slime though. Again, very good video!!
