the psp is better than the ps2 its just the lack of space on the UMD that drags it down.

No its the button configurations. PS2 had the full controller, the PSP had the primary buttons but less shoulder buttons and 1 less joystick. This resulted in it being unable to implement the complete system for Monster hunter. However, in terms of data capacity it still rivals the PS2 original disks since the data capacity goes up with time. But the PS3's disks has it beat.
