  • Great video! One thing I've learned about trimming screw lengths is to place a nut on the screw before cutting and deburring. That way, when you take the nut off, it re-threads the end of the screw making it easier to use later.

  • Oh, this sounds like a good idea - using 2 nuts might also make it easier to place the screw in the vise.
