Kitt sounded a lot more like an AI in this season than the later seasons. was so much better. Once he became more humanised he sounded silly.

@qwuezalothus I loved this in 2008. KITT always gave the car thieves a shocker. It would be kinda funny to see a modern car jacker deal with KITT today. Try to get him to a chop shop. I didn't know they made all those remakes. Did anything good out of the original survive in any of the remakes?

In Knight Rider 2000, you can see "tiny ruins" out of Knight Rider, such as Devon and Michael still being those who they were before. That's it.

@qwuezalothus I goofed on the year earlier. I meant I loved the '82series. I recently saw a youtube clip of the final battle with KARR from original to kid MIKE Knight remake. looks like they copied everything!!!!! That's crap!!!! Did any of them do anything original at least other than rip off other shows like Transformers and Voltron and completely alter a good concept? I could write better plots in my sleep. They aren't writers. They're copy cats. They should pay the original writers again.

I wonder how many Trans Ams were totaled when they made this show! The camera usually pulls away just in time, but you can see so many shows when the front of the car is about to crash straight down on the pavement!

Yep.. -.- That's what I hated in Michael's character. He ALWAYS wrecked the car.. and yes, each jump must've crashed the shock absorber or even the pipes.. The angle is too steep.
