Personally the last great Call of Duty game was COD 2, COD 3 sucked because they tried to copy COD 2 and they failed at it, COD 4 was good but nowhere near as good as COD 2, COD WaW was COD 4 in WW2 and it was bad (except for Zombies), MW2 (see above), COD BO sucks a fat crusty dick, as for MW3 well it probably going to suck like all current Cod Games.

@ADragonsFear Ya Battlefield is definitely superior on the PC platform. The only Battlefield game I own on consoles is Bad Company 1 on 360. In my mind cod a halo are both overrated but like you said halo has a thing that cod has never heard of "balance". With cod i get 3 hit markers with a sniper then switch over to a scar then i get a kill instantly wtf?! Then with halo 1 hit with a sniper 1 kill simple.

I have played MW2, L4D2 and odst, so i can't decide if Uncharted 2 is awesome but it probably is :). For me it's a fight between ODST and MW2, and Halo just has this beautiful universe and this awesome atmosphere while cod has the nonstop action, so i really can't decide which one is better, im usually a halo fanboy but ODST didn't come with a new multiplayer and for halo vets, this was a dissapointment, MW2's singleplayer campaign was freakin amazing tho :)
No, I did enjoy single player. But my problem with the game is not the perks, but the glitches, mods, and hacked lobbies. We didn't experience this nearly as much in cod4 so that makes it infinity wards fault.
@guudgidga Yes. I hate when hackers do that, they rui nthe game. When i want to level up my own sometimes there is hacked lobby, 1 kill and i get full level. It is just stupid. Plus the prestige hack, it may be funny or just fucking stupid to see one with 10th prestige and K/D like 5/32. I just dont get it whats so good about hacking... And they really should remove mods and glitches. They made IWNET to reduce those things but theres nothing that hackers cant hack... :(

ODST. He did a bad job in the final round arguing the point. It is so much different from the other Halo games, and the single player is phenominal. MW2 just kinda is a shooter. The campaign is confusing, and the storyline is really weak compared to the multiple layers of story in ODST and the fusing of them. In terms of storyline, Halo is always the best because they have created an entire universe to go along with their game.
Matt had the weakest complain about ODST. So what it uses the same engine as Halo 3? A game isn't good that it has a better engine, a game is good because its fun to play.
mw2 has one of the worst contructed multiplayers of all time, spec ops only last until you realise you cant beat it on veteran, and the campaign has the worst ending since halo2. feel free to reply.

Ugh modern warfare 2 to me is the most overhyped overdramatic generic war game. Left 4 dead 2 is an amazing idea and makes you focus on teamwork unlike other game. Uncharted 2 mixes the best ideas from some of the best games and halo odst continues building on the franchise that helped start great first person shooters and online play

Heres a simple way to say 4 games.
MW2: Unbalanced multiplayer, bad graphics, meh story, and IWNet sucks.
L4d2: Improved mutliplayer, bots are still a bit dumb, many laggy servers, but good balancing.
Uncharted 2: Aamzing graphics, good story, Nathan Drake=epic, action good, multiplayer could use more color.
Halo 3: ODST: Meh tie-in, multiplayer= only 4 maps added to halo 3 lol, good graphics, firefight is okay.

@guudgidga Yes. I hate when hackers do that, they rui nthe game. When i want to level up my own sometimes there is hacked lobby, 1 kill and i get full level. It is just stupid. Plus the prestige hack, it may be funny or just fucking stupid to see one with 10th prestige and K/D like 5/32. I just dont get it whats so good about hacking... And they really should remove mods and glitches. They made IWNET to reduce those things but theres nothing that hackers cant hack... :(

ODST was probably the second worst Halo game (next to Halo Wars), but that doesn't mean ODST was bad. I can't decide though if it should count as a sequel, the engine is the same as Halo 3, but it feels different somhow, and the story is really good and original... kinda. But it does make me excited for Bungie's next non-Halo game.

CoD 4 is a much better game because it broke more ground and the # of AR kills vs SMG kills vs Sniper kills, etc. that people get arent as varied as they are in MW2. ODST was definately an expansion. get it only if your new to halo so you don't have to buy all the DLCs. Uncharted 2 is the best game of 09 by far.

ODST. He did a bad job in the final round arguing the point. It is so much different from the other Halo games, and the single player is phenominal. MW2 just kinda is a shooter. The campaign is confusing, and the storyline is really weak compared to the multiple layers of story in ODST and the fusing of them. In terms of storyline, Halo is always the best because they have created an entire universe to go along with their game.

mw2 has one of the worst contructed multiplayers of all time, spec ops only last until you realise you cant beat it on veteran, and the campaign has the worst ending since halo2. feel free to reply.

Ugh modern warfare 2 to me is the most overhyped overdramatic generic war game. Oh and to the fans that are completly crazy for this (not all of you there are normal ones) this game is not epic and not realsistic. Left 4 dead 2 is an amazing idea and makes you focus on teamwork unlike other game. Uncharted 2 mixes the best ideas from some of the best games and halo odst continues building on the franchise that helped start great first person shooters and online play
