Dear Danny.... Perhaps you should go back to playing video games in your mother's basement and leave the real-world problems to the grown-ups, huh? My comment was regarding the fact that we are still using 100-year old technology (making piles of sand and dirt) to mitigate temporary flooding. There are new technologies available which provides better seepage rates, shorter installation times, and lower costs.
