Did you notice the horse switched leads before the jump? They do this to jump the horse on a fresh set of muscles...if that makes sense :P

utter bollocks. I event at a v high level, he just steadied the horse, but lost the connection round the corner. If you watch he changes back again the nxt stride. You defo dont want to aim to get a change that close in to the fence coz it unbalances the horse. :)

hehe i jumped a mini version of that at a show close to where to live it was fun! but i think i would be VERY scared if i jumped something that big!

I justed competed at the Kentucky Horse Park for the Eventing Event: October Fest. I competed in Starter (no high lol) When we were walking the x-country coarse they still had some Rolex jumps laid out, it was cool!
