Actually my friend, tony, has a Helios Attack Up [L] set with, Attack Up [L], Sharpness+1, Earplugs and Dragon Resistance+10 he had a King tali with Attack Up+7 Dragon Res+10. It's the best Attack Up [L] set I've seen.

@yugioh1234567891000 Res boosts are almost totally useless. There's like, 4 dragon attacks in the game and they're all relatively easy to dodge. The structure is solid though, without a doubt. However, I find it better to just use HGE til you get a tali with item use up or trapmaster or the like.

You only need an atk+5 +10 king or a +10 atk+3 0 queen.

i got yamato sets somthing like that, is the defense better than helios? .tell me the best armor containing the best defense points plz.

@XXXXcloudangellXXXX The max defense for helios, yamato and escadora are all 82 per piece. They are all the same, with regards to defense.

@CaptainVulgarity k their the same defense when i checked the yamato set can be add more decorations than the helios and the yamato is better defense than helios when upgraded to max

@XXXXcloudangellXXXX The standard helios mix has 2 less defense, but in general the skills are better. Regardless, your main concern should be the armor skills, not the defense. 2 defense makes little to no difference in comparison to the combat power you gain from a well-crafted helios+ mix. Yamato+ is solid for LS and swaxe because of focus and razor sharp. However, the damage still lacks for weapons with purple sharpness capabilities.

just how manyceadeus have you hunted for all those helios sets? ive hunted 2 ceadeus and only have one armor set. no other pieces or weapons either.

@thejamaicaterror Just under 60 I'd think. Deep gems are a bytch to farm, even adrenning 12-15 min adren runs. Even at that I still want around 3-4 more helios+ helms just for mixing purposes.

@TheMasterk1lla I can't stand the SWAxe. Just not precise enough for my playstyle. Plus 97% of the people online who use axe are clumsy retards that upswing everybody while doing mediocre damage to the monster at best.

@CaptainVulgarity well,ppl who do that are noobs,cause i got like 5000+ hours or something?,i forgot havent played in awhile,but i did overhead to sideswipe to upswing then evaded,if im online i would simply use sword mode when really close to ppl,cause i main gs and use a set similar to the one u had with the focus and baggi helm,i was really careful,i said the axe cause its just a tad easier to evade with than ls using the los (low),but i guess personal preference is the game here XD

@MRCLAYSON007 If the effects of heat and cold can be nullified by an item (a cheap/non-rare item at that) I'd rather just keep the damage/combat boosting skills and kill the monster faster.

@CaptainVulgarity Heat Cancel (Hi) is useful for the lava walking, though, if you didn't have the luck of getting it from food skills. But Cold Cancel is useless.

Around 5:00 you're talking about the crit draw god talisman (+7 OO), it doesn't matter where you get the Timeworn Charm, the actual skills they get are completely random with some point amount combinations being rarer than others. And mining on the uroktor hunt quest is the simplest way to get the charms.

@zelfana You are correct for the most part. However, mining doesn't seem to be the best way to collect them mostly because it takes an extensive amount of time. Plus- from my experience -TWC barely turn up about half as often as Lazurite Jewel, so kind of a chancy RoI.

I usually get about 2 or 3 while solo capping adv los or blos, which takes me about 10-15 minutes. However, pierce spamming World Eater is undoubtedly far, FAR superior to any of those options. I've gotten 8 in one 2-minute run.

@CaptainVulgarity - I was just wondering if I should forge the Alatreon Greatsword. I already have the Beserker Sword and am working on upgrading it and I'm not sure if it's worth it to forge the Alatreon GS as well. Any advice?

@WyvernKing8 Revolution is a worthwhile GS to forge if only because it serves as an alternate 2-slot to anguish P. However, I wouldn't recommend Anguish P to anyone who isnt comfortable with timing charges so they can make the most of its limited purple sharpness.

I'm a revo junkie myself; I have 7 of them lol. Some people might bash revo because of that GameFAQs damage formula, but honestly Ive heard too many different formulas so I don't believe any lol. Besides, they play like trash anyway.

@just4funNemesis Have you tried using the arena hammer with it with evasion+2 gemmed in? If you stink with the Lance or SnS you could spinhammer to paralyze a monster pretty effectively so some power hitters can whale away at it. It's also pretty effective with weapons like Soulbreaker P or blos hornsword with critical draw.

I mean, it's no helios mix to be sure, but if you're not totally dependent on that set to play well its a fun break from the usual hunting routine IMO.

@gabby1988 Mine in Hot deal or do world eater. You can also get Timeworn charms from 5* los and blos missions or any advanced 5* missions.

Hey Mr. Beast lol. I'm re-watching your vidoes to try and learn more about Gemming and what armour sets are good with what. I'v been doing a lot of research with the game and you've actually got me to love the GS. And yes, IMO Revolution is better then Anguish (P). I did join one of your sessions, you where going to fight a Lagiacrus in the arena. MiniCbra if you remember at all. Anyway, back to the video.

My wii died on me last week.... I can't wait till I can play again. But wow I thought I was getting well into the game, but after this video it looks like I haven't even scratched the surface of the game. Now I really can't wait to get back to this game!
