I absolutely adore Julie Andrews...what an amazing soprano voice she had...The Sound Of Music will always be in my top ten of favorites of all time.

I have one castigation and that is her role in Victor/Victoria...I never saw that movie, and I never wish to...I feel that was when things went downhill for her...not a good choice of roles for such a lady.

However, truly inspiring, everything she did prior to it and I feel, she never got the acclaim she so richly deserved.

Seriously...I have so much admiration for Julie Andrews. I grew up listening to the original "My Fair Lady" and then my mom went to see the first run of "Camelot" with Burton / Andrews / Goulet / McDowell, etc. and got that original cast album too.
