It's like any other prework out blend. Exactly just that a blend. Also the caffeine is way to much in it. It's the 1st thing on the label. The creatine and Beta Alaine level is so little you still need to take extra of those two.

Never heard of that stuff. I'll do more research on it. I usually have Active Power X whey with creatine.
