@eteune To be honest I don't think it's "crappy" :)
I do prefer to do my two handed figure eights with right hand up and left hand down. However, I find it easier to swing upwards rather than downwards.
Not exactly sure where you saw this spin but it looks very similar to the one we do in Shaolin Kung Fu. Except, to make it easier, we don't do an opposite hand grip like that most of the time. If you're holding the bow out in front of you both palms would be down. Try it like that. I find it to be much easier to do fast and it isn't hard on the wrists.
oh, boy, do I need to make a new version of this, this is pretty crappy!
