I listen to all kinds too, but i hold little intrest in A LOOOT of the pop now adays. Sure I'll listen to it, and I'll admit there are a few songs and artists I like, but it not the same from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s...which I have always loved.

They're not lipsynching, you can tell because they go slightly flat on some notes. Doesn't mean that there's not a backing track playing along though. I know in The One there was a backing track.
