The My Little Ponys don't were clothes, but nevertheless it is possible to dress up as them. You should checkt out Kristina Horners videos to find custom advises, because I know that she did it last year with pink hair and everything.

Oh and don't worry about your failure. Your project is called 20 videos in 20 days, for me that does not have to mean that you upload a video every day (although it would be the easiest), you can also skip some days and do more than one video on others.
