I might not be correct but according to my knowledge, it is Saraiki dialect of Panjabi. This dialect can be still listened in south eastern of Western Panjab. It is very sweet dialect. If you make this song listen to some old Panjabi, they will explain you word by word. Thats how I do it. Languages are LOSING THEIR CHASTE and flattening, Not thanks at all to media which is stealing the sweetness of localness of languages.
