I have a special question for you :-)

Could you check at 2:10 on this video when you write "steamed dumplings" I understand the word "steamed" but are you sure you say "dumplings" in this video?

Mr. Duncan says"饺子（Jiao Zi）" in Chinese.That means dumpling.He also says 你好（Hello）and 恭喜发财(Gong Xi Fa Cai).
