Believe it or not, Lorna/Lana/whatev is good for Frasier and she was one of my most favorite "flings" of Frasier's. To me she was REAL, none of that fancy-shmancy fake-ass "I'm a lady" crap. She could knock your ass down (& yes, it also pertains to the bedroom *wink*) but yet she has this vulnerable side to her (one of the later eps. shows her soft side). She had this... dynamic charisma coupled with genuineness. A real tough sexxxy lady!

This is exactly why some people never thought Frasier was funny. They never got some of the jokes.

12:48-14:36 takes the cake for me with this episode. There are a number of reasons why this episode was wonderful (Jean Smart really stole the show here), but that scene just showed me why Niles & Daphne worked.

Great romantic scenarios are grand, but the best romantic moments come when two people are doing a seemingly mundane task and are just happy to be in each other's company. That's what I took out of that kitchen scene.

Jean Smart deservedly won an Emmy for this guest role. It's interesting comparing Lorna to Charlene on Designing Women, especially when she says "OH CRAP, I'm LATE" and "Put your brother on...put your brother on...PUT YOUR BROTHER ON!!!" LOL!

The way he was smelling her hair for years and she was oblivious. They had to give her something to fall for. Also, isn't it always the way?
