Razer Imperator is and will always be garbage, its not suited for anything else than microsoft Office. It along with many other razer mice uses the faulthy Philips Twin eye sensor, that has serious handicaps with the Z axix and problem when lifting the mouse. There is plenty of evidence that this sensor is the worst of them all when it comes to gaming.

@MissMan666 z axis issue is nothing at a very low sensitivity. the tracking on this mouse, if you test it with raw input, is incredible and it tracks at very high speeds.

@metal571 I havent tried it on low sensitivity, but the "Philips Twin Eye PLN 2032" sensor is generally not seen as a sensor the is fit for gaming mice.

I have this mouse, have you noticed a glitch where it doesnt let you turn at a horizontal?.. it does this to me sometimes and it doesnt fix unless i unplug and plug back in..

i take it that u don't have any kind of problems with your imperator ? Everywhere there are posts with Razer imperator's "z-axis" problem ! I wanna buy this mouse but everybody is complaining about the mouse's sensor ! What's your opinion about this mouse so far ? I'd really appreciate a sincere answer
