@4esthete a flip flop is a way for storing memory. its a logic gate. d flipflop you put the input and then put the lock on and then it saves the input, and the t flip flop is basicly a lever that you toggle with redstone :P

the time it takes to compile into assembly language is way too long. then compile it into C and java, and of course decompiling and so on, this would take minutes for 1 single frame ... try it in logisim or hades

If only Notch made redstone compressors--they would take redstone laid out in a.. say: 16x16m area, and shrink it down to a "chip" the same size as a redstone repeater. That would save quite a lot of space should it be implemented!
