you think control our the Elders would of done a little more research before they even sent Jessie to this primitive backwoods planet... how is the mission gonna be successful if controls flying around talking to parking meters and getting Jessie arrested.. but then where would the plot be?
It really is too bad that this show was not given more of a chance. It wasn't marketed well at all. I have always thought it could have been a big success. Not too many years later "3rd Rock From The Sun" came on and had a similar theme. It was marketed well and became a top rated TV show. I hope "Hard Time On Planet Earth" is released on DVD one day. It was a great show even though it had such a short run.
Control was there to make sure Jesse survived, monitor progress, and give what very limited accurate information control had on the era. Considering they were from a completely different planet, highly advanced, I'm really surprised control knew anything at all.
And who said that u need to be a banker or from Wall Street to do a little side job if u guys know what I mean.

Isn't the little floating robot thing (Control) meant to be his parole officer. Not helping obtain money illegally.

Great, really enjoyed this. An underrated show. Thank you for posting it. I Agree with you, it should get a DVD release.
