here's a piece of advice:

Don't think of yourself as a bad pianist.^^

There are 3 reasons for me to say this:

1. I did that myself, even though I was told I'm really good. Saying your bad yourself could make other people doubt themselves.

2. You REALLY ARE a good pianist. Don't think of yourself too hard. THAT can have negative effects.

3. I just wanted to say: there is nothing that makes other people say you're a horrible pianist. If they do, you just proved them they were wrong. :P

I know he's a master violist, but if you start comparing you can say he's not as good as David Garrett. I prefer Ben Chan over David Garrett anyway. BUT my point is, he already is a good musician, though better with the violin rather than the piano. I bet if he practices just a little more he could stand out with at least other youtubers that are really good in their piano arts, (I consider a lot of piano videos being either bad quality or bad performance.)

Yeah, you're right in that. But would you say he's bad in playing the piano, leaving out the fact that he's better with the violin? In my opinion he isn't. I've seen worse, much worse. Maybe his technique isn't all that well, but he does play the stuff I like. I rather listen to someone try and play well, though his technique isn't optimal, rather than listening to an, in my opinion, horrible song with the right technique. Ben Chan would be the first.

Very very pretty, your practicing shows! Tifa's song is a lot of fun to play, very emotional, and I think you captured it quite well. If you can get a friend to play with you, the duet version is quite nice too!
