Make sure that you fill the empty voids in your box. That way, when it gets a lot of pressure from the sides, or drops, your products will not move and stay undamaged!
scoring can be a PITA Instead I I cut the corners above the highest point of the item in the box & then fold as best as possible like shown 1;22 (in the old days I would simply stand or sit on a oversize box to bring it down to size, & then strap down w/ packing tape, but due to higher standards on eBay noadays you can't get away with techniques such as that)

And oh yeah; avoid "Fragile" or "Handle with Care" unless your want your shit to get trashed gauranteed (trust me, as a former Powerseller I know!)
