Hi, I've trained with He Jinbao and the power doesn't come from overt muscle tension and contraction. Yes muscles are being used there is a certain taughtness but it's not like tension as in bicep curls or posing for a bodybuilding comp. There is a windup and release so yeah there is a build up of sorts but he's not 'muscling' it. Probably best to meet him to really see and try training some YSB.

@jake8808 How is it disrespectful to promote him even further, and his work? I doubt there'll be FEWER copies sold because this is on YouTube - it'll only sell more if you ask me. Same deal with the music industry etc... Free promotion ≠ loss in sale.
If anything MORE people will get great respect for this late master.

Thank you for this video. I trained with He Jinbao for 2 weeks and he is a very powerful fighter! Please post more of the Dragon system!!
