  • Yup! Dat's our Tracy! and Liza! - No one better.

Thx for the constant support & inspiration, wonderful Tracy.

VCH and Midlantic Theatre Co., Newark

Theatre in Newark + Schools & Prisons

  • I love how the director holds the shot so often. Today they switch from camera to camera to so qucikly you can't appreicate what the dancers are doing. It started with musica videos. Since the singers couldn't dance, the cameras had to.

  • weird its much faster these days for the song!!!

  • See the Carol Haney version of Steam Heat on YouTube, and you will be floored! I suspect Michael Jackson found an inspiration in the Haney et. al. performance.

  • freakin lovely--

  • I am taking tap dance class with Tracy.

    Fun and LOVE IT :)

  • Fab. Bob fosse obvs..Look at the clothes..skinny etc..odd how it all turns about, Cardys etc..Liza was wonderful what happened to Tracy tho? Mmm..I feel sad..Google time

  • For Tracy info, click "more info" to read the full video description

  • she is the best there is. saw her in ny nov. 24 at paley center love love love her!!!!!!!!!

  • i like bob fosse's choreography better.

  • waiting in the wings were four lads from liverpool who would forever change the concept of popular entertainment

  • True. And I LOVE The Beatles. But there is something special about this "old fashioned" way of performing! You can't beat it..

  • I agree but then I don't agree that the enormous change in pop culture closed down the wonderful entertainment that existed. For example, Dean Martin beat out the Beatles with "Everybody Loves Somebody." Sinatra remained enormously popular. Tony Bennett, Peggy Lee, Streisand, Julie Andrews, Sammy Davis and a host of other beloved performers weren't exactly unemployed after the Beatles hit the scene, not to mention the big black pop explosion of Motown. I think there was room for everybody.

  • Woah..I am dumbstruck! Truely amazing especially as Liza was so young and moves so well..I need to find out about him..who is he? Great turns.

  • Read the video info box to learn more about Tracy...

  • I always wondered what happended to Tracy -- we watch this special every Christmas. It always strikes us how kind he is to Joey during the show. They seem to have a nice bond of friendship.

  • Maybe it's just me, but I think just maybe Liza could have helped this nice fella Tracy? With all the fame, money and connections Liza has had, her old pal is still stuck teaching tap and ballroom in Hoboken.

  • I agree

  • i love her voice and her legs.

damn i love everything about her!!
