What is the addon that tells you what the enemy is casting?
you mean under his portrait? That's an in-game interface option :D

Starting around 4:17 there is some white text that starts to appear in the center of the screen which looks like it is showing enemy information. Maybe buffs or casts? I can't tell.
oh I think that was MAgictrack but i couldn't find new version for 2.4 :(
