Don't know why this is special. I see Apaches flying over Houston EVERY DAMN day. Sometimes they fly really low. Kinda makes me nervous. Just last week I saw a flight of six Apaches followed by a flight of nine Blackhawks. Predator drones too.

I was there with the Patriot Guard Riders in the parade. The downwash shook the trees as they flew over my head. I was standing next to a Vietnam veteran Huey pilot who watched in admiration. I talked to one of the pilots after she landed. She said that flying that low in an urban setting is part of what they train for. It was awesome. God Bless our armed forces.
