I played Closed and Opened Beta...and 2 years of wow...I would agree, Aion blew them right off the playing field in Graphics,Gameplay, Story, and Style...No upgrades or anything...its just...AION!

ok, given that im over wow and love aion, would anyone agree with me when i say... wow WAS good and then they upgraded it too fast which cut out your general everyday players, then when that happened they made it far to easy to get your hands on weapons and items and all that, but all the general players were gone by that time. they just upgraded it too fast. you couldnt keep up with it. wow in the first stage was at its best... AION has now come to show them how its done. this game is pwnage.

Remember when games upgraded from 6bit colour to 16bit... (18bit I forget which) That's whats going on now. WoW is the really cool at the time 6bit. Aion is the 16bit. The new way to play. The next gen.

These kinds of graphics aren't exactly new. And I don't think WoW was meant to look like the Asian MMOs at all. Blizzard always had its own style.

While what you say has its truthful core, you also see that alot of the newer games in general have much less depth than former generations of them. Graphics aren't going to help make the plot of the game better. Good example here would be Lineage 2. Looks good and...well, that's pretty much it. Gameplay stinks, community stinks. All it has is looks

In both korea and china it has been released as P2P, in China it even has an option to pay by the hour though i dont expect that to be done in NA/EU but rather us getting the regular monthly payment options.

god why are ppl so stupid? NCsoft has NOT yet released details about payment for this game. we are however assuming that you will have to buy the game, then p2p. This is based of the pricing methods for their other games (city of heros, guild wars, L2 ... ect)

and seriously stfu! just because this game is an mmorpg does not make it a wow clone! im sick of ppl claiming every mmo HAS to be taking off wow.

the graphic is good the rest rules. YOu havn't played the game yet so stfu and dont judge it. I tried this game yesterday and i kept saying this is a typical asian crap mmo. But once i got in i just realised how wrong i were and how awesome it is. Flying Feature, Character Custimation Feature, Quests is different from other games they're alot easier. Everything is cheap in the game so you wont have to worry about not affording it. The graphics also a great feature. Pvp in air awesome :D.

Sure, if you want to get the most out of its beauty then you'll need a good graphics card, but no.. if you can play lineage ok then you'll play Aion fine.
