@UGotBrainCancer It's open on the back. It's a small opening, but large enough to get your hand inside. An alternative way is to fiberglass as you go. Assemble the front, then fiberglass it (but not the tabs for the remainder of the model). Assemble the middle; fiberglass....so on and so forth. Just make sure the model isn't warped while it's curing.

@abrant3 No, I meant it is practically a closed structure. I make pepakura items, and closed stuctures are nigh imposible to make look good
